Standard Skin: Visualisation

My terminology is going to be crap here, sorry.

I have the standard skin - what looks like an amp - sitting on my screen. There are two panels on the top left-hand side that are displaying different visualisations. I've no idea how I've done that and I'd like to change them so they are the same but I've forgotten how. Help!
