Reformatted how do I get Power Pack again?

Hi,

I recently reformatted my hard disk and reloaded Windows XP. IN the process I lost dbPower Amp and my registered Power Pack. I have reloaded dbPower amp but how do I get my registered Power Pack back or do I have to pay a new registration fee? I still have the old registration details. Any advice you can give would be appreciated.

er....don't you just go to the registration page and input all the registration details that you have?

thanks for the response. The only details I have are a receipt number. The registration page asks for that and accepts it then gives me a download link which requires a user name and password which I don't have. Where do I get that from?

I honestly don't know the answer to this. I don't have time to register dMC yet, so I don't fully understand how the registration process works...

On the page with the download link should be the username and password.

Thank you but I have been over that page with a fine tooth comb and can't finf anything like a user name or password.

You have to go to the
Existing Registration Download Link
which is at the very bottom of the Registration page. Then it will give you a user name and password to use (but it calls them something else....Code and PIN....or something like that!

The page after you enter the strange picture number the user name and password is given on the next page, under the (.exe) link you click.

hi i have done the same but i have only got my swreg email plus i have tried thto use the existing retrieval link but nothing comes up just a blank page so i dont know wat to do can ANYONE help
