I just loaded the latest version of Music Converter, and in the config screen which follows the load process, DAP is not listed as installed. I am curreently using v3 beta 5. Could the beta version be the problem, does MC only see DAP if it is a full version?
It is a fairly minor niggle, but one which requires correcting.
Cheers,

Have you installed dMC and dAP into their default locations?

I think it's a bug. My dMC configuration also does not show dAP as being installed, although it is installed to the default location. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. Programs seem to communicate ok so it looks like a cosmetic flaw rather than a functional flaw. I think Savagecl reported a similar finding.

All 3 apps I think were in their default locations. I have just removed them, and reloaded all 3.
When I open the DMC config page, beside DAP, it says "Not Installed"

DMC (latest v11)
DAP v3 beta 6
PowerPack v2 (registered)

I had the same problem before and I think I fixed it this way.

Go into the folder c:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\Versions and see if you have a file called dap.txt . It may be located in another folder (possibly a versions folder specifically for dAP or sle under Multiplayer) , but it should be relocated to the versions folder in dBpowerAMP.

i have dap.txt in the correct folder but it didn't help.

C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpowerAMP\Versions\dap.txt
