Scripting in ASP not working ?

Does the dbPowerAMP scripting to convert wave files work in ASP (Active Server Pages) ?

I have code that works in Visual Basic and .vbs files, but it doesn't work as an ASP page.

I am guessing that ASP has security limitations that might be getting in the way.
