I am downloading from mustic match. The files are downloaded wma. I am trying to convert and after clicking on the convert button, I get a message that the wma file is encrypted and cant be read? Can anyone help?

This has been answered a number of times already. It is not possible to directly convert an encrypted wma file.

Try searching the forums looking for 'wma' for the work around.
