Is there any way to add the start in/working directory to the shortcuts created by SI, because without it in the shortcuts properties the program its installing wont work.

OK sorry its a bug.
looks like its something to with installs outside a known directory (e.g. not program files or windows)
simple workaround, copy the app to the program files directory, and build install from there.

erm buuger,
looks like it might be an XP thing, since it creates the shortcuts right in 98 and doesn't add the "start in" path in XP :(
