? on real media

Hello, up until yesterday I have been able to play music thru real media(Classic). Now, when I try to play it tells me that it cannot render file.

Know this is not a question that is normal for this board, but perhaps someone could answer this problem.

Try uninstalling Real Alternative, rebooting, and reinstalling it.
