Error on installing FLAC codec

I have installed the FLAC codec and recieve the following error message :

Error whilst running 'C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\dBconfig.exe'

Is this something that will cause a problem later ?

Install the FLAC codec from Legacy Codec Central, not the main codec central.
