Pls Help! I can't get dmc-r12.4 install to run!!

I have just downloaded dmc-r12.4.exe and I keep getting an error saying it is not a valid win32 application. I am using vista is this why? how can i get this to run??

Sounds like your dowlnoad is corrupted, try clearing your browser cache and trying again.
