How Do I Change Tags w/Arrange Audio Utility Code?

I want to change the "Genre" tag on a large amount of songs all at once.
For example I have a folder called "Dance" and want to change all genre
tags in that folder to "Dance", change all songs in "60" folder to "60", etc.
The directions on the Arrange Audio Utility are a little confusing to this
old guy here. Thanks for your help!

Have been using dbpoweramp for years and it is da BEST!

Select all files in Explorer, right click on one >> Edit ID Tags change just the genre.
