AMG paid for a year, now it stopped working

I registered music converter in april of 2007 and also a year of amg, but when i try to install the amg file, it says expired, why, it also says amg 2006, do i have to get a newer file?

Only by purchaising the $5 1 year access can you reinstall AMG. We only give out 1 install that lasts the whole year, it is detailed in the terms and conditions on the registration page it is not possible to retrieve that install.

But it didn't last the whole year, just 6 months, what am i going to do about the other 6 months, get half my money back, i just don't get it!!

I believe the AMG installs are time-limited as to when you can install them. Why are you trying now to install the AMG access when you purchased dMC in April?

well i have done some re installs since then, but why would there be a problem if i have a year of use, i mean hey, i will get another license, but do u think that is fair?

The license will not time out unless it is either:

uninstalled
or the system time is set backwards or forwards (by many months).

Spoon, I think I may have removed my trial AMG version when I got the real one and that is what is causing me issues.

Can you help me get this fixed?? I'm worried that if I start ripping I'm not going to be able to update the ID3 tags and album art later...

It is telling me it is expired. I can't renew it no matter what I do so I really think it has to do with me un-installing since that is the only difference between the working 2 installs and this 1 that isn't working.

Please assist. (*by direct email if possible or point me to the official admin support)
