Dap player maximizes to nothing

Hi, i have installed dap 3 times and cannot figure out this problem: The GUI is not visible although it works. when maximizing from the quicklaunch or program tab, it maximizes to nothing. If i play around and relaunch from the start menu sometimes the GUI will appear! Any ideas. I have run the DAP reset download, which also does not help? :(

What version of dAP are you running? Have you tried the latest dAP beta linked to below? What OS are you running? When you say "maximize it" do you mean launch it?

Thanks Lt for your swift response... the beta version seems to have solved the problem.
Please excuse me if i made mistakes in my posting...it's my first time!
To answer your questions:1)dBpowerAMP_r2. 2)OS Windows XP Pro. 3)Yes if i started dB by playing a file i would get a minimized dB tab in my taskbar. If i clicked on it to maximize it it would open nothing, even though the music was playing. Thanks again :supersmil
