I'd like the ability to add Album Art to multiple audio files at the same time. It is quite annoying and tiresome to have to do it one song at a time.

If you have the r12 DSPs installed from the beta forum and don't mind re-encoding your files, you can use the "ID Tag Processing" DSP to import album art from the folder.jpg in the source file folder into the file as a tag.

I would like this to be able to specify *multiple* album art name patterns and not just have folder.jpg only. In fact I dont even use folder.jpg or WMP named art.
Examples:
<album>.jpg
<artist> - <album>.jpg
<album> - cover.jpg
<album> - liner.jpg
variation and combinations of the above, etc etc
I store multiple albums in a single artist folder:
\Music\N\Nine Inch Nails\ with all albums/tracks/art here.
As powerful as dbpoweramp, the lack of flexibility here is disappointing to say the least.
(need this support on both ripper and converter)

Thanks, this would work, however it would mean "downgrading" to the Beta and also i'd need to re-encode my audio files, which i don't wanna do as it'll lose abit of quality.

Sorry, i misread your post. So ignore my reply about "downgrading" to the Beta.

Along those lines...how about a dsp that will grab folder.jpg in the source directory and copy it to the target directory; while running the batch converter??

In the meantime, if you have album art embedded, you can simply use the "ID Tag Processing" DSP to export the album art as a folder.jpg.

Why didn't Spoon make it so you can add lbum art to multiple files at once, when I first tested r12 this is what i expected,
another feature would be to download album art straight into the application FROM ANY WEBSITE eg. a C:\temp, I mean you can do this in Easy CD-DA Extractor, this is another favourite porgram of mine. See below

Spoon said an album art importer will be added to r13, so we will have to see what that entails, exactly.

yes Spoon I respect the professionalism, but what about if I dont want the AMG subscription what if I know of many sites that have album art pictures or any other images (jpg/pny) that I want to add to my music througha downloader like the one in the image shoudln't we have one
and also shouldn't album art, as origianlly requested by the member, be able to be editted on multiple files at the same time on selection just like other tags.

We will do this for R13, the reason it is not appearing in R12.2, or .3 is it is a big change under the hood (believe it or not) and it would require many months of testing.

Great, thanks your continuous support

AMG does lack metadata/album art for a fairly high percentage of albums and having other resource available would be ideal.
