Lame CLI ?

I am wondering if I can use the Lame CLI with dBpowerAMP. I downloaded a file called lame3.90.2-ICL.zip that is supposedly the Lame CLI and i unzipped it to dBpowerAMP\Compression\Lame CLI\
How do I use this with dBpowerAMP? It doesn't show up as a codec to use. What are there benefits to using the CLI...if any? I think I remember something about a setting for high quality mode...I would just like to have more control over the quality of the encode.

You first have to install this (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-generic-cli.htm) and if you haven't already, install the power pack, before you can add the Lame CLI as a codec to be used by dMC.
