Update Source Encoder

Update source encoder encoded by & encoder setting id tags what is this supposed to do? update the audio file tags while converting?

If you had a ID tag called 'encoder' and it was set to 'Flac.exe' and 'encoder settings' set to '5 (default)', then if you convert to mp3, you would want those tags to update to 'Lame' etc
