Codecs

I use Windows 98 and have installed everything you guys said is needed to use the program. But I get when I try to rip my CDs (or even reencode my MP3s) I get that the codec can't be opened. The Codec MP3 (Lame). I unstalled and reinstalled the program and get the same problem. :confused: What's up with this?
