Yet another IPOD Question

Which format/settings are the best to convert to iPod from FLAC/SHN/APE? I have a lot of converts that I'd like to convert and desire the best sound possible.

Apple Lossless would be your best bet. To encode to this using dMC, you have to first have iTunes installed and then use the iTunes encoder to encode to ALAC (apple lossless). See here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-mp4.htm
Note that you MUST install the top mp4/m4a encoder so that your tags get tranferred over.
