First Frame Missing?

Hi,

I just made some MP3's (224 kps) with dMC. When I run them through MP3Trim it says: first frame missing - yes for all the files.
What does this mean and would this cause some type of problem (playing or converting later on) if I didn't fix this by using MPTrim?

I wouldn't worry too much about it - unless something does not play it back - it might be an ID3v2 ID tag causing this?
