I have all the latest versions including Beta's.
Is the 24Bit.exe already included in the latest versions?

What will be gained from installing this exe (except larger files)?

I'm not at home so I am not entirely positive but I am fairly sure that the 24bit.exe is a separate download, even for the latest beta.
This DSP is for the Audio Player to allow it to emulate 24 bit performance from 16 bit files if you have a soundcard that can support 24 bits. It is a playback DSP and will not affect file size.
