Trying to convert Hi Res Wav file

I have a couple of wav files that have been created with a DVD sample rate, as below. When I try to convert them to either FLAC or M4A I get the error message "Error converting to FLAC, 01 WHEEL OF FORTUNE.wav' to MAN- MYTH & MAGIC\01 WHEEL OF FORTUNE.flac'
Error FLAC accepts only PCM audio source. [clEncoder_FLAC::BeginConversion]

Any idea how I get around this?
    Thanks Dave W

Sample Size 32 bit floating point

That is the issue, you need the DSP effect 'Bit Depth' and set to 24 bit, you can use the triangular dither option also.
