Unable to launch Asset on Qnap

Have just updated and now no longer able to launch app. I can access Qnap with no problems and as previous am using Qnap ip address:45537 but says connection refused. Any suggestions please

Should have stated that Qnap is TS220 so I guess this is now out of date - how can I find older version of asset that is compatible please
