Special ID Tag "Media Type"? Batch/Music Converter change Value

    Hi all,

I am using many ID Tags on different Types of input media (CD, Vinyl, Download), to be able to use them in Foobar2000 and MP3Tag afterwards.
So I used the IDTag "Media Type" (MEDIATYPE) with the value "Vinly" in FLAC, set by MP3Tag. When I convert this FLAC to M4A (FDAAC) the value is set / showed as "Movie" in ID3 Tags. I cannot find infos of the forseen values, do someone know how to use this ID Tag?
At the moment I think it's best for me to use a new ID Tag "ALBUMTYPE" to set my value "Vinyl", "CD", "Download"

You picked a tag name which exists in m4a and can only hold the values: Movie, Music, Audiobook, etc

You are best using a different tag name that m4a does not know about, you can use DSP effect ID Tag processing to change that tag name when converting to m4a
