dBpoweramp Not Opening

When I click on the dBpoweramp icon to open the music converter a blank window opens and nothing loads. I've downloaded the latest registered version and uninstalled and reinstalled it several times with the same result. The other icons on the opening screen work fine. What can I do to resolve the problem?

Well, all of a sudden it seems to be working. Instead of a blank box when it opens, I now can navigate to the files I want to convert. Thank you for reaching out. If this occurs again, I'll post a new thread.
