OPUS version

Hi,

On the dbpoweramp codec options page it says OPUS is version 1.3.1 but when I encode OPUS files using dbpoweramp the file is showing Encoder libopus 1.3-26-ge85ed772? Is dbpoweramp using the latest OPUS encoder available?

We are using 1.3, this is the last version opus released as part of opustools (opusenc):

The actual changes to 1.3.1 can also be seen on that page, they are very minor.
