unable to play mp3 files converted from dsf

    Hi,
I ripped my SACDs to play back on my home system, and used dBpoweramp 17.7 to convert some of them to mp3 to play back in my car. The mp3 files appear to be complete and correct, but I am unable to play them with either JRiver 29.0 or MediaMonkey 5.0.2.

    What am I missing?

What bit depth (16/24) and sample rate (44.1/48/96/192/etc) are they? Perhaps the combination is not a playable format for these players?

I wish it were that simple. The mp3 files are 16/44.1, with a bit rate of 320. Any other suggestions?

Can you play those mp3 files on your PC with a locally installed mp3 player?

It should include your encoder settings, but it would be useful to know all the settings you used to perform the conversion.

I have your file it is silent that is why it is not playing.

Ensure your have the option to embed DoP off as mp3 cannot handle that.
