Use dbpa Batch Converter, and "convert to" the utility DSP, "ID Tag Update". Within that DSP, you'll see tabs and options for doing what you want to do.

I've just posted a reply with URLs to the codec, but they seem to take an age to appear (I assume they need manual approval because it contains a URL), so the codec you're after is the 'Tag From Filename R3', just google it, you'll find it in 'dBpoweramp Codec Central'
