24 Hrs after purchase, I cant RIP CDs

Hi, I just purchased the CD ripping software after my free period had ended. For the first 24 hours, it was fine, but now, the RIP icons wont appear and the software does not retrieve album art... I can play songs but none of the icons in the top left appear..... any ideas

Run dBpoweramp Control Centre >> 'Advanced Settings' >>

uncheck the 'Screen reader compatible' option at the bottom of the page.

About the album art issue, you get metadata (track names) for newly inserted CDs? Re run 'dBpoweramp Control Centre' and see if on the first page it states:

Registration Status: Reference Registered
