Windows XP SP2: Compatible With dbPoweramp CD Ripper?

Until I install a new desktop pc next year I've been using EAC on one of my Windows XP desktops. Is dbpoweramp compatible with XP SP2?

FWIW, I never rip an entire CD; I typically rip only one or two tracks from a CD, save them as uncompressed WAV files and store them on my storage HDD.

    Please advise.

The current version R17 supports Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7 / Vista. You better change your OS sooner than later, cause XP is completely outdated, unsupported und unpatched for years.

I only use that desktop for backing up document, photo and A/V files to storage HDDs. It hasn't been connected for internet access in well over ten years, nor ever again. Don't see much reason not to keep using it as such until the system drive dies or OS crashes, at which time I'll surely splurge on a speedy new desktop. As for Vista, Microsoft ended support for it four years ago this April. https://www.cnbc.com/2017/03/16/micr...should-do.html Again, this XP SP2 desktop gets zero internet exposure so I can't see any clear reasons for no dbpa ripper support.

To make use of newer operating systems features, it is not possible to support XP.

dBpa CD Ripper without internet access? That means no accurate rip, no access to the metadata providers, no album art from the web?
