converting to fraunhofer

When I try to convert to fraunhofer I get the error message: Unable to run encoder c:mp3enc31.exe. I have searched my hard drive and cannot find this file. What is it and where can i get a copy?

It is the Fraunhofer MP3 encoder which is *not* free and as such isn't distributed with the DMC Fraunhofer add-on. The add-on is only a frontend to the encoder, to get the encoder you'll have to visit Fraunhofer's website and purchase it for $200 USD , or the cheaper and higher quality option is to stick with the L.A.M.E. encoder that comes with DMC out of the box.
