Selecting CD-ISRC blocks Track Titles from other metadata providers

In R17 of dBpoweramp, selecting CD-ISRC as a metadata provider blocks Track Titles from other metadata providers even when there is no CD-Text. When a CD-ISRC is found, the track titles are Track 1, Track 2, etc. Only CD-ISRC does this. Selecting only CD-Text or only CD-UPC doesn't block other information metadata providers.

I think CD-ISRC should only affect populating the ISRC field.

Do you have the check mark next to 'PerfectMeta'?

      Yes. PerfectMeta is checked.

When other providers are checked, including CD-ISRC, then Track 1, Track 2, etc.It appears to only affect the Track Title field when CD-ISRC is checked and exists on the CD. Other individual track fields, e.g. artist, composer, etc. populate normally.

When CD-ISRC is not checked, then track titles are populated from metadata providers.
