Thread: Scanning

    I recently bought and registered dBPoweramp version 16.6. So far few problems with use.
    However, today I wanted to scan an album cover in CD Ripper. I selected the menu option "Acquire From Scanner" but I get the error message that no scanner is connected.
    But the scanner is connected and works great in other applications. Another menu option, "Select Scanner", is gray and therefore useless for me.
    I looked for similar problems in this forum but couldn't find them.
    Does anybody knows a solution?

    You need to set the scanner as the default scanner, you might have had a different one in the past.
