Converting wave library to MP3

Wow, it's been around 15 years since I was here (the old Diamond Rio 300 days)! I've evolved since then and have a new dilemma. I have a NAIM HDX ripper/server/streamer on which I have my entire CD collection (about 300 CDs) ripped and stored in WAV format. I want to batch convert these to MP3s to play in my car (which will only play MP3/WMA format) on a USB stick. Will dbPoweramp batch converter convert my entire library of WAV songs from a root directory with multiple subdirectorries into a new mirror of this library only in MP3 format??
