Rip does not appear in MS Media Player.

Any idea why a good rip would not appear on the Media Player. Once I did WAV's the player saw them, but then it quit working. Any ideas?

If you rip to FLAC then that is possibly why, as Windows Media Player does not play it.

FLAC support is built into Windows 10. I can confirm that Windows Media Player plays FLAC files in Windows 10.
