    Re-purpose old Ripstation 7601-XDP

    Hi there

Have have a good read through the forum but have yet to find a definitive answer to this one - so would welcome any guidance.

I have an old MF products 7601 XDP. Looks like an old Nimbie in different clothing! Have been happily using this to backup movies. Now that my DVD collection is done, I'm looking to start on the music. However, the supplied software is basic.

Would like to use the Batch Ripper with this, and wondered if it was directly supported. I tried the Nimbie drivers briefly, loaded up a few discs, configured the SW, but it just ran through and said completed without loading a disc.

    Would welcome any guidance.

Keep up the excellent work with the software.

If it looks like a nimbie then it will be, try the Batch Ripper Nimbie drivers.

      Thanks for your prompt response.

Did a fresh install on a new Win7 box - but to no avail. Have to load the MFP drivers, and then when I select Nimbie in batch config and do a test, it just times out.

The Nimbie USB drivers will not load - as it does not see a Nimbie... :-)

      I'll drop them a line.
