Shouldn't PerfectTUNES find the same AccurateRip results as CD Ripper?

I ran PT today and got a lot of albums that show up as "Not Present in AccurateRip". One of them was Alannah Myles' eponymous album.

So I took the CD off the shelf, put in in the drive, and let CD Ripper have at it.

Obviously, the CD is in AccurateRip,

Am I misunderstanding what PerfectTUNES is supposed to do? I ripped a lot of albums before I got CD Ripper (WMA Lossless -- since converted to FLAC), and I rip a lot of new releases that aren't in the DB yet. Should I expect PT to update the rips that are correct and flag those that have errors?

    Thanks,
    Mike

AccurateRips disc ID requires the lead in offset of the CD drive, this does not exist in the files, however we build up such lists on line for lookup, but we only have about 60% of the discs in existence.
