CD Ripper cant find NAS

I have Win 7 Prof. CD rips OK & Metadata but cant find NAS. I am unable to locate NAS using Set Path and Browsing for folder

Use Windows explorer, you can find the NAS under network?

I have tried the Win Explorer route but it appears the problem is more fundamental. The ripper software can't access my Network.

If you can see the network share in explorer, right click and select 'Map Network drive', you can map this share to a drive letter which asset can use.
