FLAC file errors

Hi,

Getting some errors on a FLAC file when converting to other formats in relation to FLAC__STREAM_DECODER_READ_METADATA

below is the output from dBPowerAmp.
How can the Metadata be fixed?

The problem is likely more than metadata, the whole file is corrupted at a basic level, can anything play it?

My Naim streamer plays to 00:25, then it cuts out but if you go back to 00:26 it plays the rest of the track.
Foobar2000 plays it, but you can hear the error at 00:25, like a scratch on an LP!
