How can I change file name using "Arrange Audio"

I have file names currently in "[Artist] - [Album Name] - [Track] - [Title]" format. I like to change it to "[Track] - [Title]" format using the Batch Converter. I can change the file name in individual folders using the "Music Converter" by making the "Root Path" where the files are. However, it's really time consuming. I have 30,000 files in 2,400 folders. I'm not sure what to select for the "Root Path" while using the Batch Converter.

You would set root path to just the drive, such as C:\

    then set your naming as:

    [origpath]\[Track] - [Title]

Test on a few files first.
