Problem with batch converter

I'm trying to convert around 1,700 flac files to Apple Lossless. The decoder runs and converts the first file, but inflates the file size from about 20mb to over 150mb, then the files get smaller and smaller where the last 200 or so are only 1kb. I also get this error (attached) after finishing (only 5 min for 1700 files?) What am I doing wrong?

What is drive G? a network drive or local HDD?

It's a Stablebit Drivepool Drive, like the old WHS drive extender or Win 8 Storage spaces.

Just moved the music to a non-drivepool drive and I think it's working correctly now, thanks for the clue
