Cannot find ISRC

Hello All,

I am unable to retrieve the ISRC with the CD ripper(R14.3). I am using 2 Plextor PX-891SA drives and these exact drives have been used in another machine, and they worked perfectly fine but in this Laptop (LENOVO - 2992B3G) it does not.

Please could someone advise me on what to do.

It is likely you have connected by USB and the USB converter is not passing on that capability.

No these are internal Sata Drives.

if the same software worked with the same drives on another system, it points to a setting on that system stopping it. Perhaps how the SATA controller is set in the bios (ACHI, etc).
