adding metadata to an existing 24/96 WAVE file

I have a 24/96 native Wave music file on DVD R that lacks metadata. Can I load this file into dbpoweramp and either add the metadata from the web or add it manually? What is the process? I plan to save this enhanced file complete with metadata onto a SSD and play it using foobar2000.

Copy to your HDD, then right click on the album s worth of files >> Edit ID Tag
