Converting to uncompressed FLAC not always uncompressed

I've been experimenting with the FLAC compression options when converting rips or downloads. I've noticed that when selecting the "Losless Uncompressed" encoding option, I sometimes end up with a file that is 5% compressed. If instead I convert the same file to WAV it is fully uncompressed, but converting back to uncompressed FLAC gives me 5% compression again, whereas with most tracks I get 0% compression. Curious as to whether this is a bug. I can't say yet if the issue is restricted to certain file types, but recently I've been working mainly with 24-bit tracks and that's where I've noticed it.

    I'm running 14.3 on Windows 7 64-bit.

It is likely that pure silence is compressed even in uncompressed mode.
