How to change the default Lame encoder parameter to " -q 0 "

Hi, i'm using the music converter v. 14.3 and i want to change the default quality compression of the Lame encoder (-q 2) to "0" value
I've tryed to add additional parameters with the new option in this version but i can't replace the "-q" parameter :-/
I've tryed to search a config file of default Lame encoder parameters (I don't know if that file exist), i've searched too in the registry and i found a reg key with DBpoweramp Lame Encoder parameters but that key replaces my new configuration when i choose a profile in the conversion menu so...

I can do it? how please?

Set the quality to 'Normal' then the q value is not added automatically, you can replace it.
