TAK (Tom's lossless audio) support

Hello, I've been trying to read TAK http://thbeck.de/Tak/Tak.html tags using the dMC shell extension.
Since there is no official TAK support, I am wondering how can I use Tom's decoder library, preferably without recompiling.

I've also tried the directshow wrap of it, but as the author states on the website, http://liviocavallo.altervista.org/ it has no tagging support.
TAK uses APEv2 tags.

It is not possible to add, unless a full encoder / decoder is added to dbpoweramp.
