Tag editing - removal of all text in Comment field fails

Hi everyone!

This is my very first post so I'm sorry that it is a complaint. :cry:

I am unable to permanently blank out the ID-tag Comment field, whether this be a single file or several files at once. It blanks out but on further inspection the text is still there! However, if I edit the tag in another application (not a dedicated music converter), I succeed. So I'm sorry to say this appears to be a DMC error. :thumbdown I'm using dBpoweramp Reference R14.

Hoping for some help as soon as possible.

You don't say which tag type or version you are having problems with?

Both ID3v1 and ID3v2 I believe (definitely the latter).
