Even that is maybe not the right forum, but Im using the Asset NAS...

Asset UPnP works fine and I have use the firefly to support iTunes.
Unfortunately the german additional characters are not supported:

I do not think they are supported in Firefly (which is no longer developed). The only option is to rename the files.
