You have to install to the default install location which is:

    C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp

I can't believe this restriction for Installation-path. But i have done so and the problem still exits: only free Version is shown.
If have an installation od dbpoweramp (ripper) and this is in "D:\Program Files\dBpoweramp". Must I change this path too?

I think Illustrate\dBpoweramp must learn much about Installation-Circumstances.
        1. It's unacceptabel to force a fix installation path!
and the solution for my problem has been:
        2. you must run the installation explizit "as administator". (Win 7 prof)

All setup programs run as Administrator, otherwise they cannot write to 'c:\program files'.

It is a bug, not a limitation, one which is down for fixing soon (r3.1).
