I do not believe clearing the settings would help, if the tracks are scanned and listed in the dump, then I cannot explain how they do not appear in the program.

As at least two customers have experienced the same problem, I guess there must be an obscure bug lurking in Asset UPnP. Clearing absolutely everything associated with the program must surely provide a solution, as it used to work properly. The current uninstall process must therefore be incomplete in some way. However, I only have 16 days left on my trial so time is of the essence...

BTW, when Asset UPnP is detecting changes it counts up to 898 tracks before ending with a status of zero tracks.
