We never have supplied an ACM codec (with R10, R11, R12...), they are either there (on your system) or not. The link given is a validated link (we have tried and checked the install ourselves).

Hello Spoon..... I got frustrated with R14. So I uninstalled it. I put R12.4 on here. And it is working With the MPEGLayer3 Format. I don't know what is wrong with R14. Or Why it is using the ACM codec from Windows. I'm not sure why this version is working on Windows 7-64 bit ....BUT IT IS.
