Problems with Cover Tag when converting from Flac to MP3 (Lame)

Hello,
I have some Flac-Files wich contains more than 1 Front Cover Picture in the Tags.
When I convert these Files to MP3 with Lame only one of the Covers saved in the Flac-Tags is represented.
Have I did anything wrong?

As a test, change the 2nd front cover to a different type (such as back cover), are 2 album arts transferred?
